Dissapearing Characters?

Is anyone else having dissapearing characers when they go online on this game? It seems to be only one that dissapears, and the weapons are still waving about, unhittable and they can still hit me.

Who is the person lagging though? Me or the person invisible?

It's called lag. Really screws up the online.
