They really have taken the concept of motion controllers from the Wii but they have appeared to make it better.

Ketorulz. Yeah you're right. For shame that i don't like the playing as the same tired old mascots i've seen since the 80's. Sorry for not enjoying shoddy motion controls that were supposed to be able to do 1 to 1 movement. Sorry for not noticing the innovations in amazing FPS like the conduit or red steel. Yeah Ninendo's really doing a great job with all of the peripherals they have that normally only support 1 game. Not to mention that amazing heartbeat sensor. The Sky's the limit for good old ninty.

Seriously though, i'll stick with my "clichéd" controllers and HD graphics until nintendo gets some good third party support and comes out with more than the handful of great games. At least the motion plus was a step in the right direction, i mean now it almost does what they promised back in 2006.

Yes, I know. I was meant to refer to the Playstation Eye and Wand in my comment, but the point still remains.

I love how there are so many ignorant kids who actually think they are cool for dissing an idea Nintendo thought of as well, after the Power Glove and EyeToy. Then they claim Wii has no good games...an obviously wrong statement, or that it "sucks", despite great franchises like Mario, Metroid and Zelda, and even some unique SEGA and Capcom gems. So yeah, why bother listen to them? They don't know the future of gaming. They will be living in the past, in the corner of the room, stuck with the same cliched 4-button and 4-trigger button controller all day long, without some more interesting innovation like the Wii has imposed with FPS games, sports and even adventure titles. Seriously, how spoilt can you get, not allowing yourself to embrace something more compelling. Why so negative all the time, these ignorant kids? Can you not live without your PRECIOUS GRAPHICS, or "HD"? Get over yourself. Learn that we are advancing in the interactive media, and if you don't like it, don't ruin it for everybody with your petty complaints.

now we just got to see the real games with this. i hope it does not become a thing that is left of the side with no real gaming use like the eye. but yea im down with this the idea is huge if done right.

It'd be nice if this could function as a flightstick for flying sims and games; the PS3 needs a decent stick controller.

They do make it look great, but I'm sure there will be a few flaws. All in all though, I think this will be the best performing motion controller on the three consoles with the most potential.

well......this is brilliant. a Wii controller with INTERNAL sensors, an eyetoy (in effect) can work like a wii nunchuk, with HD GRAPHICS, which will be used in not only casual games, but also hardcore games. this is amazing technology these days. sword fights are gonna be awesome now!
WOOOOOOOOT! SHURIKEN THROWING IN NARUTO WILL GET AWESOME! unlimited potention for this technology, and im glad i have a PS3 NOW!
