What PS3 exclusives have 'Nintendo polish'?

So, I'm playing Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time right now, and while it's a great game, I'm constantly noticing little glitches, and things that just aren't as polished as they should be. Shadows on character models in cutscenes are just disgusting for example.
Again in LBP2, the physics just seem ever so slightly off where every now and then it just annoys me, such as jumping close to a wall seems to send you sideways, or not high enough.
I haven't had my PS3 long so I haven't played too many exclusives, but I'm wondering if any match the polish of a game like Mario Galaxy.
Naughty Dog generally make nice games, is Uncharted polished as can be?

Uncharted and the LBP games, although the LBP games aren't that fun unless you're really into the creator IMO.
I don't think either of the other first parties compare with Nintendo's first party games in that kind of polish. But polish doesn't mean more fun.
