Assassins Creed Brotherhood 4th/5th lair?

Im stuck on this lair of romulus where the entrance is inset into a wall above water. I have seen posts about aqueducts but i cannot find these. I was also told there was stairs, but i cant find those either. Any help would be muchly appreciated. Many Thanks.

Go to where that lair is and follow the aqueduct until you reach a part that is broken. Get the architect to fix it and continue following it until you fixed them all. It will tell you that you are able to reach the lair.
