Frame rate acknowledgment, not saying it ruins it but it does damper the fun.

Picked it up on the first day because i love its predecessors. It carry's over to the DS wonderfully. Has all the mini games, survival modes, vs modes, shop and zen garden mode. It starts off really fun, then when you get your yard full of plants and the zombies start coming you hit the frame rate issue...... Now by no means does this really affect how great the game is, its just that it really did tick me off. This is just me personally a lot of people can over look it because it isn't that bad and doesn't slow down that much. Great game and a must get, but if frame rate does annoy you like it does me and others you might wanna hold off. If it doesn't bother you then like i said its a fantastic game with loads of modes that will entertain you for hours and hours.
If you like tower defense games head to Gamestop now and pick it up :D
