I hope that the trailer is not supposed to make me interested in the game. All this does is cause yawning. Plus, they'll probably stick BFRs in and ruin it just like PS1
@Jerrytt2 - Yes, because MMOFPS's are "generic"...............That had to be the most idiotic thing I've heard all day, and I was watching Fox News earlier. If there is one game genre that gets almost no attention anbd is under developed, its still the Massive Multiplayer First Person Shooter. I mean come on, name a few. WW2 Online, Planetside, and maybe MAG. Thats it, in the entire genre, and your going to call this game generic? Wow. I guess you can go jerk off to COD, the most generic FPS of all time, if your not happy with PS2.
@Jerrytt2 Planetside (the original) featured online multiplayer before Halo (the PC version, the only one that offered online) was released. If you ever played the original Planetside you'd understand there's no way it's a spin off. It featured some without a doubt the best online shooter action until maybe Battlefield 2 or Modern Warfare.
Wow that was the most boring trailer I've seen in awhile. They have successfully made Planetside 2 look less diverse, slower paced, and goddam ugly with their understated colour palette when compared to the original Planetside. I hope they start showing off all the features that existed in the original soon otherwise its shaping up to be another sequel that has gone backwards.
