the freemium thing is a bit annoying, your kind of limited. but still you have some modification ability, and you have the credits to get you feel satisfied.
balance is ok, with the Vanu a bit more popular so the dominate most of the time. the thing is that the game is balancing it for you according to the specific situation. gives you an exp. boost and resource boost, so overall its balancing itself.
whenever in trouble - Redeploy right to the action - this is a nice option, so you dont have to get going on food for miles to the action.
in the downside,
sometimnes in large battle it starts to lag and its really annoying, but that rarley happens. the problem is in the server, many people reported about it, and it sometimes causes flickering or the game stop render the graphics for a few seconds
