UI text errors

Just installed this a few days ago and was unable to launch (generic windows error). Sent off the detials and was instructed to install the latest patch but now I get this.
I get that this is the server selection screen but it's gonna be damn hard to play without being able to read anything. The prior screen had me selecting a faction? and I was unable to see anything except color and unifrom as a differentiator.
Anyway... is anyone else getting this?
