Downloading Planetside 2?

I am downloading planetside 2, and while its downloading the files it just exits out every time! Help please!!!!

    Check if firewall/Peerblock is not blocking the PS2 download. If you're not sure, turn your firewalls off.

    Check you have enough disk space.

    If you are not already, try downloading through Steam.

    If the last step doesn't work, then contact Steam customer support for more help.
