"Hard to describe because it's an Amalgam of games." because it has elements of Fallout 2 and Gothic1 as a role playing game with isometric projection. At start you can customise your character changing basic stats and facial appearance, on a deck very similar to the one from Fallout2 even if Planet Alcatraz is a Release of Oct. 31, 2009.... (douh... technology evolves dudes :) i sed back then when I've played it)


The exploring Is more like 2D than 3D, your character has some sort of shadow that lets you the impression of 3D, and the movies are a total fail. I've got nothing with the British accent, but the recording accentuates that the game is a LOW BUDGET (some of them has funny parts in the bugs of interaction between hands or dialogue or in the attempt to voice joy, pain, etc,)

The armor has effect on your appearance, the blood spills everywhere, lots of weapons, nice story line about a prison planet called Alcatraz where criminals were banished there for the term of life, and they try to escape.... bla bla ... something that made me to think that the story line was somehow inspired from "OTHER AMERICAS" by NORMAN SPINRAD and he doesn't know it. :)):)):))
