I got this title during one of my summer vacations as a schoolboy and I played it constantly most of that summer. I played countless times until my character got too old to swordfight and took all the biggest settlements by force more times then I can remember. Being able to plot your course on the scale, realistic map that was provided really helped draw you into the game. I know that isnt much by todays standards but back in tha day it was incredible. The game was built where you could play through the title in a decent amount of time and once you beat it you wanted to go back for more. Thats probably the best thing about the game. Unlike most titles today where once you beat it you rarely revisit the title again. I enjoyed seeing how my character fared in history at the end of the game. It outlined your exploits and told you how you spent the rest of your life. Of course, striving to score the hot chick as a wife was a given in every adventure too!
