Actually you are not a real pirate who plunder the islands and ships of caribbean sea along the game, just a man involved in a plot full of danger and fights. I felt kind of strange using team management while fighting skeletons and pirates along the roads and suddenly implicated in complicate sea battle with small ships. It will take a while to buy powerful ships, cannons and weapons to `acquire` a bigger fleet, but is fun nevertheless. Navigating between islands is sometime painfull because pirates and storms show up unexpectedly and you need to be alert and avoid them by running or hiding along the shore, away from danger. The graphic is old, of course, but make the environment alive and the story is capable to deliver a personal involvement who keep the pleasure intact `till the end.
