A pretty decent game with great music and platforming but very short.

Pink Panther and the Pinkadelic Pursuit is a pretty decent game with great music and platforming.

The story of the game is that the Pink Panther's relative has passed away and leaves his house for the Pink Panther. On his way to the house, Pink Panther notices a P.S. note saying that a treasure is hidden in the attic but the attic is locked and requires 12 keys to open so Pink Panther immediately starts searching the house for the keys.

The game is a side-scroller with both skating levels (iceskating and rollerskating) and old fashioned platforming levels. The levels are basically places that Pink Panther's relative has visited in his life and can be entered through doors inside the house. A large variety of levels can be found taking you across the world and even through time. To unlock levels you have to collect keys which can be gained by completing other levels. A total of 3 boss fights are also fought in the game which block the way to the next floor of the house.

The main problem with the game is probably the length. There are only 13 levels in the game (bosses included) so the game can be finished in a day or two due it's mild difficulty. After the game is beaten you can collect some more coins and unlock portraits with it which gives some but lame replay value. However theres also a cheat code you get when you finish the game which unlocks a cheat menu at the main menu and i found it fun to check the game out again with the cheats.

Overall the game is not the best but still decent. Graphics are not fantastic but still okay. The Music is also memorable and puts you in the mood of the level. Fans of simple platformers will most likely like the game and it's an instant classic for me.
