The way this shows off the 3DS capabilities is amazing, and not something you want to miss!
The game is visually stunning! The 3D effects while exploring the island are unimaginable, and that's why this isn't something you want to pass up.
The game is split up into a free flying mode and a mission mode, which are both fun. Flying around, the mechanics, and the skill required to get the top medal on missions is challenging and good plain fun. They are all on the same island too. I think there should have been more modes, levels, etc. but I think what happened is that they were rushed to release what they had.
All in all, there are economical and principal reasons why you may think buying this game off the bat is not smart. But ignore that, and go with your heart. For even of its lack of content, the experience is incomparable to any gaming you've ever tried. Can you really not want to play it after that being said?
