Are the stories still same as DS version?

This is the same as the one on DS?

This isn't worth downloading if you've played it before on the DS. If they did something like offer downloadable cases online, this would be a lot more interesting, but don't count on any Phoenix Wright WiiWare games being on my Wii until they are new.

I wish it was a whole new story line, and yelling "Objection!" into the DS is so much fun anyway I don't think it likely that I will get this one

Hmm .. what next .. Mario 64 DS Wii. I like this idea and I hope some other DS games get ported to Wii.

There's definitely nothing to see here for PW veterans. This is just a port with remote wagging and minus/plus buttons. Plus I think it's odd a user has to pay $1 for the 5th case. Even more odd is he says the case is coming out in May whereas this Wiiware release is in January. Why not just sell all five cases as one game? Legal restrictions perhaps?

Regardless, I like how Phoenix Wright is getting another release, even if its a port. It may attract newcomers. The Phoenix Wright series deserves a huge loyal fanbase.

"Crunched some numbers and this is what you got." lmao, how is that even a sellable statement?
Come on Capcom! Be proud of the first VN (Visual Novel) series to actually make it here! Give it the attention it needs. We don't need 5 Mega Man Battle Network games, we need plot! We need characters! We need mysterys! We need more Phoenix!

id rather hold onto my portable version. this seems a massive waste of time, money and effort if ur not going to revamp for the Wii. some extra voices or animations could do wonders!

When the fans said they wanted Phoenix Wright on the Wii I think they meant something a little more than a port...-_-
