Phoenix Wright was a game I seen all the time in the store and I hear a lot about it on the internet. I thought the game would suck at first, but I heard from a lot of people that it was a great game. I decided to buy it one day (It was only $20) and HOLY CRAP was my first impression so wrong. The game has probably the most likable characters in any game and the story is extremely impressive. Though in fact there is little game play in this title, it really doesn't matter. Basically instead of being a good button smasher or a quick thinker to destroy your enemies like in countless other games, here you use critical thinking skills to help defend your client from being falsely accused of murder. The game contains 5 very interesting cases that are better than watching an episode of CSI. You use logic and evidence to clear up the witnesses lies (Which I would think they would go to jail for…) and find the real murderer. The only problem with the game is that the logic is so "out-there" sometimes that you may have to resort to an FAQ or just guess. The game is replayable if you really liked one of the cases a lot (like the last one), so there is some replayability to it. I honestly think (and you MIGHT disagree with me) that this is the best DS game there is at the moment. If you get a chance, BUY THIS GAME!!!!! NOUGH!
