A decent RPG that gets repeitive after a day or two.

Phantasy Star Universe is a decent RPG game that is has a pretty deep story that is in an episode-like matter. The game offers a way to create ur own weapons and has many different types of weapons to choose from. However, the gameplay gets a little repetitive with every single level just being a series of areas where u fight numerous enemies that get only marginally harder with each passing level. Not very much puzzle-solving at all, and the ones that do appear arent very difficult. Levels look somewhat flat, not very detailed at all. Not a rather difficult game, only struggle is in the battles with bosses. The bosses, perhaps the only part of the game other than the numerous weapons that really stands out, are huge and require some strategy to defeat. The actual combat is decent, with u being able to do combos and a few special techniques specific to certain types of weapons, not nearly enough techniques to make it interesting though. A halfway decent game worth maybe a rental on a good day.
