Lovers or Friend route.
Say the MC works part time at the gas station.
It would be quite the shocker when she turns on you on the true ending..(if your playing P4 for the first time)

It would almost certainly go by the Japanese version though, regardless of what we have outside of Japan. There, it is the gas station attendant who shares Yu's voice, not Adachi.

Then you and her can reenact the Izanagi, Izanami myth. She revealed her true form to Yu, scared him sh*tless which made him run for the door. She then send a bunch of demons to chase you, queued an out of place chase sequence where you must dodge obstacle and demon attacks after you. At the end of the level, you, with all of your pimp power proclaimed to her "If you're killing 1000 people a day, then I'll get it with all my SLink girlfriends and give birth to 1500 people a day" but then you realized that's kinda impossible so you get depressed and decided to go get bent with Kanji anbd Brosuke. Bad End

But this is a more appropriate topic to discuss what would actually happen.
I'd say the first few would be the usual, He's working, Izanami comes by, they have some small talk, rank up.
After the 3rd or 4th, they'll be hints that she may have some kind of secret. But it will be ignored by the MC.
A few more will pass without much indication. Rank 7 will include the trigger for "lover" or "friend."
Rank 8: Suddenly, you'll be fired and told she no longer works there. But a note will be left hinting they may see each other again.
Rank 9 will be when he confronts her about the truth, with some added dialogue referencing his time as a gas station attendant and the bond they supposedly made. Of course, Izanami will downplay it, saying it was all a rouse to try and understand his reasoning for seeking the truth.
Rank 10 will occur after defeating her and the party has walked away. The Mc will hear a voice, look back and see her in her attendant form. She will admit to either her "love" for him, saying "I haven't had this much affection for someone since Izanagi" (who the MC just happens to wield, the plot thickens ^_^) and how he reminds her of him. She will then thank him for showing her "the truth."
Friendship route will have her praise his efforts, and congratulate him on creating his own "truth through bonds" as well as thank him for showing her that humanity can and will seek that truth.

Not even. The Fog was supposed to "help" humans, at least in her mind. I get the feeling that, if Brotag tried cheating on her, she's skip straight to "1000 dead humans a day wasn't enough, eh? Fine, I'll kill 10,000 humans every day!"
