I've been playing this game since it originally came out. It was new, refreshing and had a lot of great features no other game had. Over time things changed, a cash shop was added, powerful gear had to be bought using it, gms stopped helping and never responded to the help option. It's become a pay to win.. but don't expect help from gms for harassment, bugs, CS issues, or anything. What was once a fun game to play with the friends is now boring.. glitchy, and unless you want to shell out for end game gear.. just not worth playing anymore. The end game.. is just pvp for the rich. If you need me i'll be looking for a new MMO to play :)
