Satellite Killed The Sim
Check this out! One day one of my sims was just sitting outside normally when all of a sudden, a satellite fell down from the sky killing my sim!

Waterlogged
Sims that drown (by getting into a pool and then having no way to get out, such as the user removing the ladder) will eventually show up as ghosts. These unhappy ghosts leave puddles of water everywhere that will eventually turn in to weeds!
