So does that mean when you download this patch, you cannot install the patch because it needed another version patch

There were a few hotfix patches that I missed putting up, but you can find them in the Patches section now.

If anyone have any problems downloading the patch from Gamespot at all , you could also try downloading directly from THQ's site at:

http://thq.vo.llnwd.net/o10/SC/live/supcom_patch_1.1.3255_to_1.1.3260.exe

The standalone patch 3189 (clean install) directly to 3260 has now also been posted:

why do i get the game guide when i try to dl the patch ( v1.1.3260) ??
