The Sims: Hot Date for the Mac ships
Westlake Interactive's Macintosh version of the popular virtual-life game expansion pack is heading to stores.
Westlake Interactive has announced that The Sims: Hot Date for the Macintosh has shipped to stores. The virtual-life game expansion pack was released for the PC last November by Electronic Arts. Hot Date is the third add-on to The Sims, and it lets players take their sims outside of their homes on dates with other sims. It features a new downtown area where sims can meet and enjoy a variety of activities, such as going to restaurants, going to the park, shopping for clothes, dancing, and going to the beach. The expansion also features more than 125 new objects, including the picnic basket, the love tub, the cuddle couch, and the lover's swing.
The Sims: Hot Date for the Mac will be available in stores next week for an approximate retail price of $29.99. For more information, take a look at our full review of the PC version of the expansion.
