Would-be city builders can now rejoice as Maxis' SimCity 3000 becomes available on store shelves. Gamers may already be playing since we know several retailers were already selling out before the weekend. SimCity 3000 for Windows 95/98 is available for US$49.99. A Mac OS version is planned for a spring release.
