Sid Meier's SimGolf webcast tomorrow

The creator of the Civilization series will be online to discuss his upcoming golf course management game.

Electronic Arts has announced its upcoming Sid Meier's SimGolf webcast, in which game designer Sid Meier will discuss his latest project with online visitors. The chat is scheduled to run Thursday, August 23, from 3-4pm PT. The chat is limited to the first 300 visitors. To participate in the webcast, go to the official The Sims Web site or the official SimCity Web site. Visitors will need to be registered on SimCity.com or TheSims.com to participate. The webcast will take place in the auditorium room, which can be accessed by typing "/go auditorium".

SimGolf is in development at Firaxis, and it is scheduled for release in October. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
