Strategy First ships Train Collection

The publisher releases a compilation of railroading games.

Strategy First has announced that Train Collection has shipped to retail stores. The compilation includes Rails Across America, Ultimate Trainz, and Trainz Paint Shed. Flying Lab's Rails Across America (2001) lets players build railroad empires in real time in various eras from 1830 to the present. Ultimate Trainz is a special edition of Auran's Trainz (2002), a simulation of model railroading, and Trainz Paint Shed is an add-on for Trainz that includes new locomotives and rolling stock, as well as an easy-to-use editor.

"The Train Collection gives train buffs the best of all worlds," said Steve Milburn, director of marketing for Strategy First. "You have a real-time strategy game, a railroad simulator, and an add-on all in one box. It is the perfect package for a train enthusiast."
