MoonBase Commander goes gold

Infogrames announces that its turn-based strategy game for younger players is complete and will be shipping to retail soon.

Infogrames has announced that its turn-based strategy game MoonBase Commander has gone gold, meaning that development on the game is finished, so preparations for its retail distribution can get underway.

MoonBase Commander, which was developed by Humongous Entertainment and is due in stores on August 13, is primarily aimed at younger fans of the real-time strategy genre. The game challenges players to build the most powerful lunar colony in the galaxy, putting valuable resources to good use and eliminating rival factions along the way.
