First look: Monopoly Tycoon
Take a look at the upcoming business simulation game based on the classic Monopoly board game. New screens inside.
Infogrames Entertainment has released a new group of screenshots from its upcoming business simulation game, Monopoly Tycoon. The new screens show off some of the board-game-inspired 3D city environments that will appear in the game.
In Monopoly Tycoon, players will create businesses and try to attract customers with the ultimate goal of cornering the market and bankrupting their competitors. First, players will identify the needs of the population to determine what kinds of businesses to create. Players must then manage various aspects of their business, including marketing and advertising campaigns. In addition to playing against up to five computer-controlled opponents, players will be able to test themselves in multiplayer mode against other players over LAN and Internet connections.
Monopoly Tycoon is in development at Deep Red, and it is scheduled for release this holiday season.
