    Once you've updated via my suggestion, run the UpgradeLauncher.exe in your folder: Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic V\bin.

    It will then update to v1.04 EU patch which should take you around 5 minutes on average as its the biggest download at 110MB. This Official patch and many more are located if you know exactly which patch you need: http://patches.ubi.com/heroes_might_magic_5/

    Run the UpgradeLauncher again to update to 1.041_eu.exe which is a lot smaller in size to download.

    Run UpgradeLauncher yet again to update to 1.050_eu.exe and will take a few minutes to download.

    Lastly it will download the 1.060_eu.exe in a few minutes.

    I tried to install this patch but says the same message. I found the Heroes of Might & Magic V v1.01 Patch EU patch to work - all the others failed.

    Is because you downloaded the "wrong version" of the patch, I can't get them to work neither. Stupid patches >.

    eh..... it says i cant run the patch because the game hasnt been installed but i have installed it, any help?
