New Far Gate Screens

Super X Studios sends us some new screenshots from its upcoming space strategy game.

Seattle-based Super X Studios sent us a group of new screens from Far Gate, its upcoming real-time strategy game set in space. The game is being published by Microids, the French company that published Empire of the Ants, Corsairs, and Amerzone. Far Gate includes more than 70 unique flyable spacecraft and a colorful universe populated with a variety of objects including asteroids, planets, nebulae, and other spacecraft. Players assume the role of Jacob Viscero, an ex-black marketeer whose mission is to lead a group of colonists to safety, and seek revenge against his enemies. The three-chapter storyline unfolds over the course of 16 missions. For more information about Far Gate, visit the official Super X Studios Web site.

Far Gate is expected to come to the US later this year.
