Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom ships
Sierra announces that the newest Impressions city-building game set in ancient China has shipped to stores.
Sierra has shipped Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom in the US, and the game should start arriving in stores today. Emperor adapts the well-established city-building gameplay of Impressions' previous games, such as Caesar III, Pharaoh, and Zeus, to a new setting: ancient China. The game is also the first in the series to offer multiplayer options, which include both competitive and cooperative modes.
