Command & Conquer: Theater of War announced
Westwood's four-game compilation, which includes the original Command & Conquer, Tiberian Sun, Red Alert, and Red Alert 2, will be released later this month.
Westwood Studios has announced Command & Conquer: Theater of War, a compilation of its most popular Command & Conquer real-time strategy games. The bundle is made up of the original Command & Conquer, Tiberian Sun, Red Alert, and Red Alert 2.
Westwood's Command & Conquer real-time strategy game series began in 1995 with the release of the groundbreaking Command & Conquer. The latest addition to the series, Command & Conquer Red Alert 2, was released last October, and it was the best-selling game for the month of November 2000. The next installment in the series, Command & Conquer Yuri's Revenge, is scheduled for release on September 25.
Command & Conquer: Theater of War will be available in stores the week of September 25 for an approximate retail price of $49.95. Those who preorder the compilation at the official EA Games Web site will receive $5 off the purchase price.
