Nemesis of the Roman Empire demo Friday
Try the follow-up to Celtic Kings, a Roman-era RTS, in the demo premiering on GameSpot DLX later this week.
Enlight recently signed on to publish Nemesis of the Roman Empire, Haemimont Games' sequel to Celtic Kings: Rage of War. While the full game isn't scheduled to ship to stores until March, gamers can get a good look at its single-player and multiplayer modes in a 150MB demo that will premiere on GameSpot DLX on February 20.
With four playable nations, Nemesis of the Roman Empire lets players take command of the war heroes Hannibal and Scipio Africanus at key points in the Roman Empire's march of conquest. Two of the nations--the Romans and the Carthaginians--are playable in the demo, which contains two missions from the single-player campaign plus multiplayer features. Each side has its unique historical units, including the Roman legions and the Carthaginian elephant cavalry.
