Ok, that's an US patch - destroyed the game as it claims there is no CD in the drive. Found a 'no-cd-crack' that made it work again... but what the patch does... is a mystery. It propably ruined my erfect economy in all my save games

What exactly does the patch do? There are no patch notes anywhere. Even checked the official website which is actually still up.
