Airport Tycoon 3 announced
Global Star will release a new game in the series that lets players manage an airport.
Global Star, a subsidiary of Take-Two, has announced that Airport Tycoon 3 is currently under development at Interactive Vision. The third game in the Airport Tycoon series will feature improved 3D graphics based on the RenderWare engine and let players go inside the terminal and place more than 30 kinds of airport features, such as restaurants, stores, and security. The game gives players the choice of more than 25 airport locations in a variety of cities around the world, and it's possible to sign up multiple airlines to create a bustling international hub. Airport Tycoon 3 will come with seven challenging scenarios, plus two tutorial scenarios.
Airport Tycoon 3 is currently scheduled for release at the end of the year.
