The latest World War II strategy game from Battlefront.com is now available.
Battlefront.com has announced that Airborne Assault: Red Devils Over Arnhem, its latest World War II strategy game, is now available. The game lets players command either the British Airborne forces--the "Red Devils"--or the German forces in a critical battle over a strategic river crossing in September 1944.
Airborne Assault features a map based on actual maps issued during World War II, a historically accurate order of battle with more than 440 combat units, and carefully researched details that include personnel strength, equipment, supplies, fatigue, and other data. In addition to the primary scenario, the game comes with a scenario editor that lets players create custom "what if" scenarios. The game uses a pausable real-time system with adjustable speed settings.
Airborne Assault: Red Devils Over Arnhem was developed by Panther Games and is now available from the official Battlefront.com Web site for a retail price of $40.
