First look: Harpoon 4
Ubi Soft releases information on its upcoming naval combat simulator for the PC. First screens inside.
Ubi Soft has today released information pertaining to Harpoon 4, a naval combat simulator currently in development at Ultimation. The game will be played on a highly detailed map of the Northern European region, created from satellite imagery and featuring 3D environments in which players can view the ships, aircraft, helicopters, and submarines under their command.
In addition to a campaign written by Larry Bond and support for two players on a LAN or via the Internet, Harpoon 4 will feature an editor designed to allow players to create their own scenarios, formations, and even their own vehicles.
Harpoon 4 is scheduled for release in May. We'll bring you more information on the game as it becomes available.
