    Redbodragon stop complaining about how many expansions they are going to release because the game has a big story and the it obviously needs a continuation. What is the point of fixing the old continents instead of bilding new? Northren is a very important continent in WoW because thats where Arthas goees to when he after he was haunted by the sword. Some people just don't know the story...

    its a shame the end game content in WotLK is so bad, because the questing was so much fun, i dont think it can recover, they can only keep the game fresh for vets while introducing stuff for newcomers for so long...

    Season 5 was a perfect example of the direction of this game that I spent a lot of time playing.

    3.1 was a Fail. People are still losing talent points in their trees 10 days after the patch, 4 days after 3.1.1 you still see hundreds of posts about huge glitches with priests and low level toons. Not to mention WinterGrasp area LAG so bad it is almost un playable when trying to break down the orb room door..at least 1 minute lag on moving and casting with your toon. Not too mention some hug cheating exploits that they seem to brush off as if its nothing! when the losing side loses 3 days straight and cannot do the instances or buy the gear inside the castle that seems like a major issue too me,,Not rocket science. ( thank goodness both my 80 mains are on the winning faction side LOL sucks to be the losers though.).

    So we got patch 3.1 and 2 weeks later we are on 3.1.1 fixing 3.1 already. The testing they do means nothing. Any vet can still see through the mindless direction of this game that is bent on recycled content.

    "how long it will take for people to realize they have been wasting their lives on this game.. 2 more expansions? maybe 3.. or four.. hhm? lol" The bottom line with this game now is the REWARDS are based on who you know, Not what you know. Everything depends on getting into an ELITIST raiding guild. The problem is ounce a guild has ulduar on farm why would they recruit newbs with lower gear or gear that is not up to the standards.

    Good luck pugging the new gear unless you have at least 10 friends with a NAX clear and all the gear out of it. See the worst part is they say PVP is an option. But you can only get a good Weapon from PVE... If you want to PVE you have to find a guild that is doing the content at your gear level or you will be kicked or will not even get into a raiding guild at all. So if you are a new 80 good luck finding people that will grind the gear needed to pve into ulduar, and if you HATE pve as much as I do - good luck trying to get blizz too understand you need something to do other than troll trade and dalaran. If you PVP as the main content you can not get any weapon better than a player made Black Smith made weapon. which is much lower in stats than a NAX pve weapon. If you can not find a guild to pve with and do not get the weapon out of nax too start then when you go into arenas to get a rating to get a furious weapon you have no chance since your damage is much more mportand than anything else. Like really its arenas and you die in the first 5 minutes if you are lucky and survive that long against full geared PVE raiders. Bottom line this game has turned into a elitist Raiding guild heaven and a casual, Newb, or puggers nightmare. Your gear will have to be handed to you by a guild master and you will have to be selected by a above average raiding guild to even see the end content or gear now. Arenas are the same as ever where the pve geared players will always have the advantage with better weapons and trinkets from grinding. WoW in general is a ship on a crash course that the Crew(casuals) is being forced to jump off the boat and start looking for a rescue ship While the captains(Elitist raiders) eat all the food in the pantry while they ride their dream ship all the way to the bottom of the ocean alone.

    I also wanted to add the new PVP gear looks horrible and they should be ashamed that they spend 0 time on new gear and keep feeding us RECYCLED gear sets that the stats are worse than T7 and make this game seem like they just started learning how too design the game from scratch. Its not like they have not had how many years to get this figured out. New gear should look NEW and EPIC,,Yah think! They should spend some of that money on new designers and a few more developers since re coloring old gear sets and selling them as New gear sets is a Slap in the face for the players that are still left to play this Downward spiraling poor excuse of an expansion. Also hire someone that can fix the glitches instead of trying to tell us you can't since the new blizz saying is

    " You get what we give you and if you don't like it go play a different game" ( They could have fixed season 5 and they know it...Why didn't they? because they wanted you on a fishing pole waiting for the new and improved season 6 Phhfff OK.thanks for keeping me paying my Sub for hoping that blizz would just do their job right the first time.But that is way too much to ask from what these last patches have proven..) They released dual spec and could not even release the part that makes it so I don't have too use up all my bag space with all my gear now...So now I payed 1000/g to carry a full set of gear around and switch it back and forth when i use the new feature... They also posted on forums...Ohh it wasn't ready soooo basically suffer since we told you it would be part of dual spec and at the last minute now you have something to look forward to...Ummmmm I looked forward to it in the PTR notesthst said it was a part of dual spec,,,,Sounds like another season 5 to me. More BAIT....

    I'd like to say that Warcraft truely has a fascinating lore. I think you could write as many exciting books ans Harry Potter did, build few films and make more stuff to read or watch, but WoW specifically is almost nothing like it's lore (with the exception of DKs' 55-58 quests - that is close to lore and has the feel of it). Most of the time in the game your goals are items, points, level and many other knick-knacks that has nothing to do with the excitement of a good book or film which makes WoW a really great mmo game which has lore only like Countries has history - forgotten maybe, archived in books and put away and only being brought up sometimes (like this vid - it's nice and intresting, but the gameplay of the game has a totally different feel). '

    If you want to experience the feel of this vid i'd recommend reading the Warcraft history - it's really exciting and intresting, i couldn't take my eyes off of it, then playing WC3 and WC3FT - the campains strictly follow the lore and there r some kick-ass blizz graphic videos at some points of gameplay - so don't go back to WoW after seeing this vid - the lore and WoW are completely different. Lore is exciting, WoW is grinding. Don't fall for it.

    About the whole story of Warcraft - it's one of the best i've seen, but it's not the best. It follows a strict line - everything has a reason and an explanation. Now i'm not saying it's bad - it takes over 20k years overall with many twists (all of them have a completely logical explanation, of course) and some critical points of azeroth's existence but the best storyline in my opinion would be the one that is Legacy of Kain (at least in the game). It has such complex story and few such huge twists that even having the whole lore on your desk, having completed all of the 5 games and having the timeline table it's still hard to understand some of the things of the story. Every answer througout the story gives 2 new questions and you can start to understand them only after hearing the last word of it's lore. Whereas warcraft follows quite straight storyline. Creating complex story takes master storytelling skills of course, that's why warcraft in my opinion isn't the best. Nontheless it still has rich story which is really intresting and exciting.

    To sum up - blizz makes these videos of new patches to glamorise WoW with it's lore and attract new players or those who stopped playing. It makes ppl want to go and "kick his ass RIGHT NOW" (no matter the vid - TK, SSC, BT, SWP or ULD) and then right after it you're back in the real game having to worry about your "gold" or "guild relationship" or something stupid like "raid activness" to be able to encounter it.

    p.s. i still hate the way Sargeras died - it's just stupid for the mightiest of titans to be beat my 3 humans.

    Why, they will be none other than the legions of rabid World of Warcraft players of course! They will be leaping into the dungeons of Ulduar, yelling phrases like "Buff pls", "I aggro", "Casting (insert spell name here)" and other team RPG-related terms, all the while spamming macros and dying and resurrecting by the thousands over every minute.

    Nothing Azeroth needs to really worry about. There will be so many heroes and heroines to solve every problem, big and small, that there will never be a good premise for a new World of Warcraft game, much less a new Warcraft game.

    Two thumbs-up for the greatest MMORPG ever.

    I agree, WoW is based off some truely amazing lore. I no longer play WoW as i personally prefer the enhancements WAR has made to the genre, but WC3 and WC3 TFT have a combined story that is better than ANY game iv played apart from maybe the original KOTOR (best twist EVER). You comment on graphics is equally true, most games going for realism fail when it comes to animations and what not, apart from things using the Cry Engine or the Source Engine. WoW still looks amazing to me on max with max resolution on a HD monitor...Dont know what you guys are looking at it from if you think it looks rubbish.

    I had fun with it for awhile, but have moved on to better things. This just looks like more of the same from when I was playing WoW. Run the same place week after week till you get the items you want. But I do give Blizzard credit for keeping a 4.5 year old game going with as many players as they have. For those who love to raid this looks like it will satisfy.

    Wow has some of the best lore around. Those that try to glean it from the surface really have no idea how well its fleshed out. Actually playing through WCIII and its expansion is a great example. That game had a better story most of final fantasy games. And as good as most fantasy novels. So whatever some of you think is better Lore, Id like to see it. As for the graphics. WoW is a totally believable cartoon type world. Whereas games with "Better" graphics ie.. yawn.. more polygons.. They have the most fake looking chars with dead eyes and stilted robotic movement that might as well be puppets on a string. Wow graphic design is amazing, always has unique ways of doing color, space, and lighting. Also when i went back after 2 years. I was blown away by how much it improved with real time lighting and shadows, and Multisampling option. It took Blurry textures and made them very crisp and detailed.

    the graphics look better than this video when your settings are maxed. people who havent played recently in the last few months would not know this, but even if the shapes and character frames aer still a little old, one would be suprised at what textures and detailed shadows can do.

    roflcopter, you're a clown magus. and i'm not debating that the graphics are outdated, never said that. they look fine for how the game is. wtf do you want them to do anyway, remake the game with a new engine? get the f outta here.
    point is, i know a lot of ppl who can't max out the graphics without frame rate issues, so those who complain about the graphics probly can't handle what there is now, let alone, better graphics.

    I use to play wow maxed out, let em tell you this, the graphics are out dated. If you doubt that then my guess is that have not played a game since vanilla wow was released.
