No, there are like 4 or 5 hotfixes after this patch, but this is the only big one that's most recent.

this is patch from 2.X to 2.4. not a patch 2.4 itself. so, not many of those, who are waiting for 2.4 to be released on realms will need this file tomorrow (wednesday)
