    I had a great time playing WoW. Im off playing other games now but I really enjoyed my time in WoW! For anyone reading this review and thinking about getting it, just give the free trial a shot. Its a really well made and enjoyable game!

    People complaining about the money is a little stupid. Even if you earn only £20000 a month (Which is average) its only £10 off of it. You save money from buying new games as other people have said. Also £10 is the average going price for most MMOs per month, which is put towards keeping the 80 or so servers running non-stop and generally lag free. Plus, weekly updates + expansions, plus new and seasonal quests. I think its a pretty fair tradeoff if you have the time to spare.

    av just started a blog dedicated to wow, it will have charater classes pros and cons.... history of wow......advice on raiding.... and any else you need.so if you want check it out!!!!

    shmelo, this is really a good time to go back to WoW, with the new Frozen Throne raid already in development, you gotta start gearing up if you want to see the end of Arthas.

    One of the best games I've ever played. Only thing people complain about is the fee, but 15 bucks a month? If you have a job you make more than that in an hour (unless your a student, in which case we get our ma's and pa's to pay). I've spent a lot of time in the game and have been on a long break now. I always feel like going back because it is such an immersible experience that is really quite amazing.

    Another thing, here where i live every new games costs around 80-100 bucks, compare that to 15 and you see why i play WoW.
    I also find the "40 million idiots buy cocaine with warmth on their hearts" argument highly biased, yes cocaine is an addiction, yes cocaine kill people, but those "idiots" as you call them have free will, as long as an addiction doesnt hurt anyone else but the addicted, why should you criticize him? i dont expect nor want this way of thinking to change laws or anything, but dont you think that at least 1 drug consumer ever lived happily without hurting others? WoW is nowhere near an addiction, it's just a game i and a lot of others enjoy, you say you can play Runescape for free and enjoy it as much as wow? go ahead, just dont see why that should matter to me and/or change my gaming tastes or that of others.

    It's not even worth it to answer back to those people that blindly trash talk WoW, 15 bucks? i mean 15 damn bucks a month is nothing, stealing from me? Burger king and McDonalds steal from us if you start to compare the price of a home made burger to that of an established store.
    Yes i could go out and catch butterflies with a bugnet all day long for free(you could also go bungee jump instead of pointing your finger at others saying "YOU DONT HAVE A LIFE" in GAMING forums), but if i want virtual entertaining, 15 bucks is much less than a 60$ new game that i finish in 2 days and never want to play again, is it an addiction? no, it's called a H-O-B-B-Y

    You pay a monthly fee because it's not like a standard game. There's always new content being added, and pay paying monthly, Blizzard can afford to add new stuff more often.

    Guys, if you don't want to pay just play on a private server. Some are great like the one I play on has at least 2000 people on and has great uptime. Other times it is 4000 people.

    Paying 15$ for a game is a waste.
    I'd understand if it was more of a reasonable price like $5 but $15 is just BS. Blizzard are great for creatin' this game but those people are just practically sucking up all yer money. I'd rather play RuneScape if I wanted an MMORPG experience then dish out money on a great game but with high prices, but it is still a great game

    JIPPIX, I don't mean to be negative, but let's look at the past, there has been many a game that people say are gonna be revolutionary and blow WoW away, but lets look at some examples Age of conan, Darkfall, they both never lived up to what they said they would be, don't get your hopes too high.

    I've played helluva lots of games, many great ones, Fallout 1 & 2, Diablo, a few Final Fantasy, warcraft 3, and lots of console games such as gears of war and Oblivion, but WoW is simply, and i mean it, the best game ever.
    How many games have YOU played that actually NEVER end? Great story, actually good graphics when you see the beautiful tundra of Northrend or the canyons of Outlands, infinite replay value, all that for 15 bucks a month? anyone with a job can afford that, i've played this for over a year, and i still love it.
