    What's the difference between the basic and plus components of this patch?

    hi there, juz re-installed this classic and was wondering if there is a need to install the other patches before this one since it said v1.2 to v4.9.

    can't download the latest patch 6.4 so this would be the closest to the latest i can get before downloading up to 5.1 so do i have to download the previous patches or juz this one?
