Luclin goes live

Despite some launch problems, the latest EverQuest expansion is now up and running.

Earlier today, Sony Online launched the new expansion for its fantasy-themed online role-playing game EverQuest. The Shadows of Luclin adds a number of new features to the original game, including about 24 new areas to explore, horseback riding, a new player race, a new player class, and a graphical overhaul to the game that includes brand-new character models for each of the game's playable races.

Unfortunately, Luclin's launch earlier today wasn't problem-free. According to a statement on previous coverage.
