EverQuest: The Shadows of Luclin ships
Sony Online's latest expansion to EverQuest, its popular online role-playing game, will arrive in stores tomorrow.
Sony Online Entertainment has announced that EverQuest: The Shadows of Luclin, its latest expansion to the popular online role-playing game EverQuest, has shipped and will be available in stores tomorrow. The new expansion adds a number of features to the game, including a new playable race, the ability to ride horses and other mounts, and significantly enhanced graphics.
Although EverQuest: The Shadows of Luclin lists a minimum system requirement of a Pentium II 400MHz with 256MB RAM, Sony states that players will be able to run the expansion on a system with 128MB RAM if they turn off the new character models. The expansion's recommended system requirements specify a Pentium III with at least 512MB RAM.
EverQuest: The Shadows of Luclin was created by Verant Interactive, the studio that created the original game, and it will be available in stores tomorrow for an approximate retail price of $29.99.
