Back from BlizzCon, Dan returns after spending some time playing Diablo III and managed to corner some of the guys from Blizzard to ask them about the game.

    I am 100% confident Blizzard will deliver a superior quality game ith Dialbo 3. One thing I love about Blizzard is they take no pressure from anyone including fans to rush products. I think this is the key ingredient to there success.

    I really like their attitude towards their customers, polishing games to their foolest and focusing on gameplay first of all.
    Thumbs up for Blizzard and can't wait for Diablo III (Playing on LAN with my Gf will be so much fun ^^).

    Yes, there was another interview where they said they tried their hardest to make the game playable just with the mouse. But there will be keyboard shortcuts of course.

    lol, more than half the team that made Diablo and Diablo II have left.
    They've gone to other companies, most went to Runic Games - checkout Torchlight for a great fix until Diablo III comes out, it will satisfy your hunger while you wait for the massively expensive Diablo III comes out.

    hopefully they will put in random dungeons and stuff like that, or even cooler would be custom maps made by players like in starcraft

    People have many different things to say about Diablo... But for all the fans of the previous epic classic 10 year old Diablo 1 & 2 + Lord of destruction, 99% of them have waited so long for Blizzard to announce Diablo III, If you tried the previous games, and seen the trailers and grapichs for Diablo III... there is only one thing to say about this. Blizzard is making there long waited masterpiece.
    Diablo III will be game of the year 2011.

    Don't hate the player, Hate the game. =)

    i dont know if yall agree but i think diablo3 is what the gaming world needs right now... weve tried so many new stuff, some great and some bad... back then eveyone loved diablo 1 and 2 ... now in some way -- even though there has been some revolutionary titles inside the game industry -- we miss good old fashion games like diablo 2... and therefore i beleive its one of the most awaited games to come ... btw i am a huge warcraft 3 fan... and i would love if blizzard would make a new one of that series... tft sucked... i still play wc3 from time to time...

    i say hell with blizzard games diablo and world craft are so stupid this day they dont make the game like they use to boring... blizzard not good at game no more thats for sure

    the monk is so kick-ass, but I think i will try the veteran barbarian 1st . Barbarian is the only class that was present in all 3 Diablos ( well, granted, diablo 1 hellfire which was made just by Sierra, but still, Diablo 1.... also, the Monk was in Hellfire too ). I wonder what they will implement as a range heavy dmg class?? i mean we have 2 different style melee classes, 1 arcane and 1 summoner-arcane classes... all we need now is a range class. Will they dig up a former rogue or amazon or will they go for something new... like... a Ranger class hero (bows and swords + a bit of nature and stealth magic) or maybe smth else... dunno... guess we will find out next year

    if theres an awesome drum score i'll play it. the drums in the first 2 kicked major ass and really set the tone.

    Ive only heard of Diablo and Diablo 2 and coz my uncle played it i thought it would be lame but this is awesome!!! im definitely going to get this when it comes out!!

    i hope they make a ninja/shinobi class with ninjustu skills and ninja star/shuriken throwing attacks too. They could like dual-wield ninja swords and stuff. Probably not going to happen since they just announced the monk but that would be awesome.

    omg omg omg... im so freakin excited to play this game... really cant wait till it gets released !!!! actually i cant wait till patch 1.13 comes out!! Blizzard is the only company i consider that releases a game that can be called PERFECT !

    seems a little premature to count out an entire character class, especially considering the game is years away. blizzard did a pretty good job of encouraging players to try out different playstyles, within a particular class as well as in other classes.

    The attacks seem a bit too colorful. In the more frantic parts of combat, I could only half see what was going on. Still, really looking forward to this. Another €40 down the drain

    rly, monk = rogue or assassin (however you wanna call it) why is he wearing long clothes ??? his armor looks wrong :s

    Monk is the first character in Diablo lore that i felt was bad.. I never felt like this about any other Diablo character before... Defintily i wont play one and defenitly my hopes for Amazon or Paladin >>> Monk by miles...

    It sounds like it will be a great game (I LOVED the first two) but I am trying not to get too hyped about it since I doubt we will see it for another year or two. With SC2 and WoW: Cataclysm shipping next year, I doubt Blizzard will ship a third game too

    Why no HD? SD too small to see anything for the gameplay.
    I hope the range character won't be boring bow/arrow thing. Something unique would be great like boomerang? idk

    The way they make it sound as if its 2 to 3 years away..Hopefully not,lot of games do out in the next few years..

    Renocs no worries mate..They still have 2 more characters to reveal me thinks any how..Its Barbarian, Monk, Caster atm, im sure the next will be a ranged person..Perhaps next year at blizzcon they will announce a 4 character...Thats why im thinking maybe 2012 for diablo 3..Sounds a long ways off though doesnt it..Maybe earliest 2011..Only time will tell..Blizzard likes to make there games right..
