Bethesda Softworks celebrates Elder Scrolls' 10th
Giveaways, retrospectives, and a free game mark the role-playing series' first decade.
Bethesda Softworks has launched a month-long celebration to commemorate the tenth anniversary of its best-selling role-playing series, The Elder Scrolls.
Besides updating the Elder Scrolls Web site with retrospective articles on the series, Bethesda is also giving away game memorabilia, original artwork, and prizes from Hip Gear, Logitech, Creative Labs, ATI, and NVIDIA. Also, for a limited time, a free download of the classic 1994 RPG Elder Scrolls: Arena will be available on the site, although players will have to download a DOS emulator to play the game.
