Pregnant Sim becomes Vampire
A very pregnant sim is bitten by the Grand Vampire and becomes a vampire herself. The pause halfway through is due to the game applying the vampire skin to the sim. The ability to become a vampire came with the Nightlife expansion.

Waterlogged
Sims that drown (by getting into a pool and then having no way to get out, such as the user removing the ladder) will eventually show up as ghosts. These unhappy ghosts leave puddles of water everywhere that will eventually turn in to weeds!
