Colin McRae Rally 2005 to include handpicked truck
The series' real-life icon chooses his Nissan pickup from this year's Dakar Rally as the ultimate unlockable vehicle.
Colin McRae Rally 2005 will include an unlockable rally truck at the request of the series' iconic rally racer. After driving a Nissan pickup in the Dakar Rally earlier this year, McRae decided that he wanted the vehicle included in the racing game. "Piloting the Nissan in the Dakar Rally was an incredible experience, and I was keen to see it have a part in Colin McRae Rally 2005," he said. The truck will only be accessible after beating McRae himself in the game's career mode. The game ships in September for the Xbox in North America. A PlayStation 2 version will also be available in Europe, and the PC version can be bought online.
