DreamCatcher Interactive's upcoming adventure game Mystery of the Nautilus is based on Jules Verne's classic sci-fi novel 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. The game lets players assume the role of a young marine researcher who discovers a sunken vessel he believes to be the legendary Nautilus, a submarine lost more than 10 years ago.

Once players enter the craft, they discover an advanced artificial intelligence system that greets them as though they were the vessel's owner, Captain Nemo. When the AI system learns that the researcher is not Nemo, it goes into a high security mode. Players must then begin the game of trying to outsmart the AI in order to gain control of the Nautilus.

Mystery of the Nautilus will feature an original score and ambient sounds, detailed graphics, a series of challenging puzzles, and a storyline filled with suspense. The game is scheduled for release at the end of April.
