The Devil Inside Due Out
This fall, Take-Two will publish the European horror adventure from the author of Alone in the Dark. Exclusive screens inside.
Because the next Alone in the Dark game is still in development, fans of horror games may be relieved to learn that Take-Two has announced that The Devil Inside will soon arrive in North America. Created by Alone in the Dark author Hubert Chardot, The Devil Inside puts players in the role of Dave Ackland, an ex-LAPD cop who investigates paranormal activities on a live television show. Through the adventure, players will attempt to solve the mystery behind a series of atrocious crimes that have left evil spirits haunting a local house. The game lets players explore nearly 100 different areas, in which they battle varied creatures using an arsenal of 20 different weapons.
Developed by Cryo, the French adventure game maker, The Devil Inside was released in Europe earlier this year. TalonSoft, a division of Take-Two, plans to release the game this Halloween.
