Alone in the Dark 4 Delay

The latest game in the venerable horror action-adventure series won't be finished until next spring.

The release date for Infogrames' Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare has slipped from late this year until sometime next spring, according to a report by Well Rounded. Only the PC version was initially thought to be affected by the delay, but the Dreamcast, PlayStation, and Game Boy Color versions are being held for simultaneous release in the first quarter of 2001.
