Jurassic Park: Trespasser
Footage of the legendary 1998 failure. She's not topless, that's a graphics bug - same reason the trees blink. Was one of the first games with physics, inverse kinematics and bump mapping. Apparently inspired Valve to put physics in Half-Life 2.
